How do I know which waterproofing system my building needs?
You do not need to know — that is the diagnosis. The system depends on the substrate, the exposure, the traffic the surface takes and whether the structure moves. A site inspection identifies the actual source of the water first, then the system follows from it. Choosing a system before diagnosing the cause is how buildings get treated twice.
Do you handle structural repair as well as waterproofing?
Yes. Ageing buildings usually need both, and the order matters: waterproofing applied over corroding reinforcement hides a problem that keeps progressing underneath. We treat the structure first, then protect it.
