Materials are broadly available to everyone. What differs is diagnosis and execution: whether the actual source of the water was identified before work started, whether the substrate was properly prepared, whether curing time was respected, and whether the junctions and penetrations were detailed. Almost every failure we are called to fix is one of those four, not a product defect.
Our core service area is Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and we work across Maharashtra. We take on projects elsewhere in India selectively, depending on scale and requirement.
