How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?
WhatsApp and phone reach the team fastest. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–16:00; Sunday is closed. Messages sent outside those hours are picked up the next working morning.
Is the site inspection genuinely free?
Yes, and it carries no obligation. An engineer visits, traces the source of the water, and gives you a written scope. You are free to take that scope to any contractor.
What should I have ready before you visit?
Photographs of the problem taken while it was actively leaking are the single most useful thing, along with when it started, whether it worsens with rain or with usage, and any history of previous repairs. Access to the terrace and to the flat below the affected area saves a second visit.
Do you charge for a quotation?
No. The inspection and the itemised quotation that follows are free. We quote rate-wise so a housing society committee or a PMC can interrogate each line rather than a single lump sum.
