Work for us
Atlanta Waterproofing & Protective System takes on applicators, site supervisors, engineers and estimation staff for waterproofing and building restoration projects across Mumbai and the MMR. If you have site experience and you care about doing the invisible parts properly, we would like to hear from you.
ROLES
What we take people on for
Site supervisors
Running crews on society, developer and industrial projects. Reading drawings, holding the sequence, keeping the photographic record, and knowing when to stop and escalate rather than improvise.
Civil / structural engineers
Diagnosis and specification. Surveying distressed buildings, interpreting carbonation and half-cell results, and specifying repair and protection that addresses the mechanism rather than the symptom.
Estimation & QS
Measuring scope accurately from survey notes and drawings, and producing itemised quotations that a housing society committee or a PMC can actually interrogate.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Honestly, it is mostly one thing
People who do the parts nobody will see. The bond coat, the extra day of curing, the collar around a pipe penetration, the extra 100mm of upturn.
Every one of those is invisible at handover and every one of them decides whether the building is dry in five years. We would rather train someone patient than hire someone fast.
Useful to have
- Hands-on experience with membrane, coating or coba systems.
- Ability to read a drawing and a specification.
- Site safety awareness — working at height, confined space, hot work.
- Marathi, Hindi or English; site communication matters more than fluency.
