Work it out yourself first
Three tools that run entirely in your browser. They diagnose a leak from what you can see, select a waterproofing system and show you what they rejected, and score how ready your building is for the monsoon. None of them ask for your details, and no answers are sent anywhere.
Three, depending on where you are
- DIAGNOSIS
Leak diagnosis
Four questions about what you can actually see. Returns the most likely causes, ranked, with a confidence band that tells you when the answer is genuinely ambiguous.
Start here if you have a leak and do not know where it comes from.
40 documented failure patterns - SELECTION
System selector
Surface, exposure, traffic and movement. Returns the systems that fit — and every system it ruled out, with the specific constraint that eliminated each one.
Start here if you know what is wrong and need to choose how to fix it.
20 core systems considered - READINESS
Monsoon readiness score
Twelve questions across terrace, facade, wet areas, below-grade, tanks and drainage. A 0–100 score with a per-area breakdown, shown immediately.
Start here if nothing is leaking yet and you want it to stay that way.
Score never gated behind a form
These are genuinely free, and they do not collect anything
All three run in your browser. Nothing you answer is transmitted to us, there is no account, and no tool hides its result behind a form. If you want to send a result to us there is a button that pre-fills a WhatsApp message — but that is your decision, taken after you have the answer.
The reasoning is straightforward. Someone who understands what is wrong with their building asks better questions, compares quotations more effectively, and is harder to sell an unnecessary scope to. We would rather work for that customer.
The cost estimator
A cost estimator is not published, because we have not published rates.
A calculator that returns an invented number is worse than no calculator — it sets an expectation the site visit then has to break. Until confirmed rate bands exist, the honest version of this tool is our cost guides, which explain what actually drives the number and how to compare two quotations that differ by half.
Or skip the tools and just ask
Send a photograph taken while the leak is running and a note on whether it worsens with rain or with usage. That is usually enough for a first opinion.
